Warranties and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied
Limitation of Liability
MARxx’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the last 6 months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a harmful way.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked and we may delete your content from our systems.
Changes to Terms

Changes will be posted on our Site and effective upon posting.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the relevant courts in India
